Miles & Stockbridge Bolsters White Collar Practice with Veteran Lawyers Allen and McKenzie

Warren T. Allen II and Ray D. McKenzie have recently joined top law firm Miles & Stockbridge as principals with the White Collar, Fraud, and Government Investigations Practice Group, based in Washington, D.C. The duo’s main focus will be to handle cases related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the False Claims Act, internal investigations, corporate compliance, and sensitive personnel matters. Their addition into the team was formally announced by the firm last Thursday.

Prior to joining Miles & Stockbridge, Allen and McKenzie co-founded a Washington-based boutique white-collar litigation firm. They have amassed considerable experience handling internal investigations, government enforcement proceedings, civil litigation, along with compliance and corporate-governance matters. Both attorneys have previously held roles at Skadden, and McKenzie also brings to the table his experience as an Assistant US Attorney for Maryland.

In addition to their focus areas, Allen and McKenzie’s extensive experience in compliance and white-collar crime could profoundly benefit Miles & Stockbridge. Their demonstrated expertise adds substantial depth to the firm’s litigation practice, particularly in government investigations and white-collar defense.
