Ashurst Enhances Munich Corporate Practice with Strategic Partner Acquisitions

Law firm Ashurst is bolstering its Munich presence with the new hire of two partners. Stefan Bruder, formerly a corporate partner at Clifford Chance, is set to join Ashurst’s Munich corporate practice at the end of February. Specializing in national and cross-border transactions, Bruder’s areas of expertise include acquisitions, cross-border mergers, joint ventures, and public takeovers. Alongside Bruder, a counsel from Norton Rose Fulbright is also joining Ashurst, further expanding its public and private M&A offerings in the region.
