Hoyoon Nam has entered Vedder Price as a shareholder joining the team of global transportation finance in the offices of both New York and London, Bloomberg Law reported on Friday.
Nam holds considerable experience in the maritime and transportation finance sector. He represents owners and financing sources and acts in private credit affairs for investment funds. His responsibilities will expand to advising on regulatory issues concerning maritime financing transactions, including but not limited to the Jones Act, American Fisheries Act, and vessel registry requirements, as stated by Vedder Price.
Before joining Vedder Price, Nam served Seward & Kissel in their corporate finance group, functioning as a partner.
