In further firm news, Davis Polk & Wardwell has continued its recruitment from Cravath, Swaine & Moore, with the recent addition of Rory Leraris as a partner in its civil litigation practice, as stated by the firm on Monday.
Leraris has a vast experience in the legal field, having spent over 15 years at Cravath. Before joining Cravath in 2008, Leraris served as a legal assistant at Skadden, Arps, Meager, Slate & Flom, prior to attending law school. Leraris’s expertise in the field was recognized in 2017, when she became a partner in Cravath’s litigation department.
Leraris’s addition at Davis Polk extends the firm’s recent trend of hiring partners from Cravath, as she is the fourth partner to make such a transition within the recent years.
