The latest inclusion to the McCarter & English’s partner portfolio is Harry Park, who has joined the specialised intellectual property practice group in Washington D.C., as reported by Bloomberg Law.

Harry Park is recognized for representing businesses on unfair import actions that involve Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 before the US International Trade Commission. His wide-ranging skillset extends into counselling clients on patent and trademark prosecution matters, providing patent portfolio reviews, conducting freedom-to-operate analyses, and pre-litigation due diligence.

One of Park’s unique attributes is his advisory role to South Korean companies, where he concentrates on a broad spectrum of industries including automobile technology, semiconductors, mobile communication devices, artificial intelligence, computer software, robotics, life sciences, and medical devices.
