Charles Noonan, a former litigation associate at Gibson Dunn and now special counsel at Australia’s Maurice Blackburn, is planning to bring his courtroom tactics to a different kind of competition – the famed reality television show “Australian Survivor: Titans v Rebels”.
Noonan expressed confidence in his ability to utilise the same skills he uses to win legal cases to outwit his competition on the reality TV show. His assumption is based on the principle that people may not appreciate the worth of lawyers until they crucially need one – a principle, he suggests, might hold true amidst the brutal competition on Survivor.
The lawyer noted his daily job requires him to outwit his opponents, a strategy he’s planning on translating to the competition. The show is set to premiere its first episode later this month and all eyes will inevitably be on whether Noonan’s legal acumen can indeed be converted into a winning strategy on Survivor.
