In joining forces with prominent law firm Dorsey & Whitney, Dana Herberholz and Jordan Stott have expanded the firm’s intellectual property (IP) capabilities. The pair who recently arrived as partners in the IP group will enhance the firm’s service offering from their new base in Boise, Idaho.
According to the
firm announcement, Dana Herberholz specializes in counsel regarding technology disputes, with extensive experience in patents, trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets. His clients span a range of industries and sectors, showing the breadth and versatility of Herberholz’s expertise.
Alongside him, Jordan Stott contributes extensive experience in the representation of clients in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation. In addition to appearances before the Patent Trademark Office, Stott has also demonstrated considerable success in federal court cases, underscoring the depth of his legal acumen in IP affairs.
