Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has expanded its IP litigation practice in Chicago with the inclusion of Timothy Carroll to their team as reported on Wednesday.
Prior to his joining Orrick, Carroll served as a partner at Venable LLP. His professional experience comprises the handling of patent cases and other significant IP matters, recurrently representing innovators from tech and life sciences sectors.
Besides contributing to the Chicago office, Carroll is expected to also operate from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe’s Washington, D.C. location, thus fortifying their reach and resources.
