The globally esteemed law firm, Alston & Bird, recently welcomed Theresa Conduah into their Los Angeles office as reported by Bloomberg Law Automation.
Conduah joins Alston & Bird as a partner in the Intellectual Property (IP) practice. She is known for her expertise in areas of trademarks, including prosecution, licensing, enforcement, and counseling. Conduah was previously affiliated with Haynes & Boone, another high-profile law firm.
Interestingly, this is not Conduah’s first stint with Alston & Bird, she served as an IP litigation associate with the firm in 2007. Following that time, her portfolio expanded to include trademarks and copyright law. Through her career, Conduah has held a range of prestigious positions including the role of IP counsel in the legal department at United Airlines and a managing counsel role at Toyota North America.
In the ever-evolving landscape of Intellectual Property law, Conduah’s vast expertise and unique industry perspective make her a stellar addition to the team at Alston & Bird’s Los Angeles office. As the legal industry internationally increasingly hones its focus on matters pertaining to IP, Conduah’s appointment will likely add a substantial value to the firm.
