Legal powerhouse Fennemore has officially merged with San Diego-based firm, Sullivan Hill, based on a recent news statement. The amalgamation was announced via a news release last Tuesday.
Sullivan Hill prides itself on extensive proficiency in several parts of legal practice that include insurance coverage, construction, commercial bankruptcy, real estate transactions and leasing, plus business and commercial litigation. These areas of expertise mark a worthwhile addition to Fennemore’s impressive legal portfolio, expanding the service offerings to the aggregate client base.
Post-merger, the consolidated unit will continue to operate under the existing Fennemore brand. An impressive development from the unification is the broadened geographical reach of Fennemore, allowing it to boast 17 offices across five states in total, as confirmed by the firm.
Interestingly, there are additional plans for expansion. Sullivan Hill’s Las Vegas practice will integrate with Fennemore’s Las Vegas office, further solidifying the mega-firm’s market presence.
