Colleen Tracy James Joins Cahill as IP Litigation Partner and Life Sciences Co-Chair

Renowned attorney Colleen Tracy James has recently become a partner at Cahill Gordon & Reindel. Based in New York, she will be operating within the firm’s litigation group, as well as its life sciences patent litigation and intellectual property litigation practices, as announced by the firm on Monday.

Apart from her duties as partner, James will also co-chair the life sciences patent litigation practice. She possesses solid credentials in the legal circle, with specialization in patent infringement litigation. She’s also proficient in handling US Patent and Trademark Office Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, as stated by Cahill.

Besides her litigation expertise, James contributes to the firm’s intellectual property patent services portfolio that includes freedom-to-operate opinions, plus advice on licensing and due diligence.
