Legal process outsourcing company Elevate, on February the 1st, 2024, announced its entrance into a five-year agreement with global law firm Ashurst. According to the public statement released by both parties, the partnership will focus on the construction and operation of the Ashurst Advance Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Krakow, Poland.
This collaboration will endeavour to create a multilingual team in Krakow, offering support across various service lines; these notably include managed legal services, Mergers & Acquisitions, banking due diligence, support for disputes and investigations, and contract management. Importantly, these plans build on Ashurst’s existing Global Delivery Centre locations, which are situated in Glasgow and Brisbane.
The shared objective of Ashurst and Elevate is not only to deliver high-quality, efficient services to their clients but also to foster an innovative work environment for their staff that will further evolve to meet the rapidly changing demands of the global legal industry.
