International law firm Armstrong Teasdale strengthens its arm with the addition of Craig W. Spenner to its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice. Previously a corporate services partner in a New York firm, Spenner has now joined Armstrong Teasdale, as the firm confirmed earlier this week.
Spenner, an acknowledged legal professional on lines of ERISA and executive compensation upshots, brings enormous proficiency to the firm. His extensive knowledge spans ERISA plan asset rules, prohibited transaction rules and exemptions, as well as corporate transactions, compensation plans, and employment and separation agreements, as reported by Armstrong Teasdale.
Despite being based in New York currently, Spenner is planned for a relocation to the St. Louis, Mo., office of Armstrong Teasdale later in the year.
