Ivy A. Wang, previously an Assistant US Attorney for the Central District of California, has officially joined Greenberg Traurig. The firm announced on Thursday that Wang will serve as a shareholder, focusing her efforts on the white-collar defense and investigations and litigation practices based in Los Angeles.
During her tenure as an Assistant US Attorney, Wang represented both individuals and corporations during investigations carried out by federal and state enforcement authorities. In addition, she also conducted internal investigations on behalf of corporations and governmental organizations. Her legal experience extends to commercial dispute litigation as well.
Prior to her new role at Greenberg Traurig, she worked at Ellis George. Her career transition continues a trend of prominent legal professionals making moves between private law firms and government positions.
