McCarty is known for her extensive experience in representing companies in bid protests, ensuring compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and handling government investigations. She has also been involved in litigation related to the False Claims Act, as mentioned by Bloomberg Law.
McCarty’s services are regarded highly across several legal platforms. She has practiced extensively before the US Court of Federal Claims, federal district courts, the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals, and won accolades for her presentations before the Government Accountability Office (GAO).
