An upcoming evidentiary hearing is expected to determine the potential disqualification of plaintiff’s attorney Andy Birchfield and his firm, Beasley Allen, from the ongoing talcum powder litigation. This hearing, set for the 25th of March, was decided upon by judges in both federal and state courts in New Jersey.
At the heart of the issue is an alleged conflict of interest, and as such, the upcoming hearing aims to gather more evidence to evaluate this claim.
