The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is currently examining a string of unusual texts received by female law professors, which revolve around the theme of women outshining men in law school, as reported by Law.com.
Spearheading the narrative is Victoria Haneman, Frank J. Kellegher Professor of Trusts & Estates at Creighton University School of Law, who shared a screenshot of an impactful message she received. The unknown sender initiated the conversation by confirming Victoria’s identity and subsequently confessed, “Law school isn’t fair for us men anymore, women always outperform us nowadays.”
The string of texts further escalated with the sender stating, “I admit you women have clearly won the battle of the sexes, us men are the losers,” and “it’s not fair.”
While it remains unclear why the FBI has taken a keen interest in these messages, the situation underscores the evolving dynamics in law school performance between genders, and the challenge it may pose for some individuals.
