Paul M. Kaplan Joins Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as Partner and Antitrust Co-Chair

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani recently announced the addition of Paul M. Kaplan to the firm’s ranks as a partner in the commercial litigation and antitrust practice groups at their New York City office. In addition to his role as a partner, Kaplan will also co-chair the antitrust practice group.

Prior to his appointment, Kaplan has been esteemed for his concentration on business litigation and dispute resolution, antitrust litigation and counseling, class action defense, and white-collar defense and criminal investigations. Now working with Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, Kaplan will extend his expertise to the representation of financial institutions and corporations along with their directors and officers in litigation and regulatory matters.

This announcement was made by the firm on a previous Wednesday. The appointment is expected to bolster the strength of the practice group whilst augmenting the firm’s ability to provide quality legal representation and consultation to its clients.
