Keeping in line with the international trend of law firms expanding their operations and talent pool, Willkie Farr & Gallagher, the New York-originated international law firm, has on-boarded Nils Röver as a partner in their Germany office according to information released last Thursday.
Röver’s addition to the team is expected to enhance the firm’s offerings in the private equity field. He brings a wealth of experience, specifically, in advising private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Moreover, he has also provided consultation on complex, and often, cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
Röver has made this move from Latham & Watkins, a fellow international law firm with offices in 14 different countries. This shift illuminates the constant flux within the legal field as expertise continues to circulate amongst leading firms.
