Jon Borderud has taken on a new role as partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM), joining their employment law practice group based in the San Diego office, according to the firm. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Borderud built up his experience in negotiating and drafting a range of employment documents. These include employment agreements, settlement agreements, severance agreements, and employee handbooks. GRSM stated this in their announcement on March 1, 2024.
In addition to his expertise in framing employment documents, Mr. Borderud also boasts a strong background in handling several types of business litigation. His portfolio includes cases involving breach of contract, misrepresentation, false advertising, unfair competition, trademark and copyright infringement, as well as various partnership disputes.
