David MacArthur, the co-head of the international arbitration practice at Big Four Japanese law firm Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, is joining the Big Six South Korean firm, Yulchon. In this new role, MacArthur will also serve as the co-head of Yulchon’s international arbitration practice. This decision sees him relocating back to Seoul, where he was formerly a partner at another Big Six firm, Bae, Kim & Lee.
With over two decades worth of experience practising law in both Japan and Korea, MacArthur lends extensive expertise in his field to his new role at Yulchon.
