Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Forster held a notable position at Otsuka Pharmaceutical. As the senior director and lead counsel of pricing and commercial access strategy, he provided legal advice to multiple departments within the company. His legal insights greatly influenced the price and rebate portfolio strategies.
Forster’s rich experience in the legal arena also includes stints as an assistant attorney general in the Virginia Attorney General’s Office, and as an attorney with the US Drug Enforcement Administration. These diverse experiences have equipped Forster with extensive knowledge and understanding of various legal challenges and the strategies to address them.
