Keith Hallam, a seasoned mergers and acquisitions (M&A) partner with nearly two decades of experience at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, has made a surprising move to White & Case in New York. Hallam has reported that his decision was influenced by a growing trend in the M&A sphere, where nearly all deals now include a cross-border element, making White & Case a more favourable fit for his expertise.
An accomplished professional, Hallam was made a partner at Cravath in 2015, a role in which he’s overseen some significant deals in recent years. Notably, he counselled Aon in its $13.4 billion acquisition of NFP Corp., and supported Atlas Air Worldwide in its $5.2 billion purchase by an investor group led by Apollo.
