Judith Seddon, an expert in white collar crime and investigations, has joined Ashurst as a partner in its London office. The firm made the announcement on a recent Tuesday.
Prior to her appointment at Ashurst, Seddon was part of Dechert where she represented clients on an array of matters relating to financial and corporate crime. Her work also extended to regulatory, criminal, and internal investigations and enforcement proceedings.
At Ashurst, Seddon will continue advising clients on complex investigations, initiated by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). She will also have a role in cross-border investigations led by international prosecuting authorities.
