Greenberg Traurig Appoints Experienced M&A Lawyer Jake Robson as Singapore Co-Managing Shareholder

Greenberg Traurig has recently welcomed new leadership in its Singapore office with the appointment of Jake Robson, a highly experienced Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) lawyer. Robson comes from his previous role at King & Wood Mallesons, and there, he spent four fruitful years contributing to the firm’s growth.

Prior to King & Wood Mallesons, Robson served at Morrison & Foerster, where he was a partner and engaged in building the firm’s M&A practice in Southeast Asia. This role followed a substantial career span at Norton Rose Fulbright that lasted over 15 years.

Now in his new role at Greenberg Traurig, Robson will serve as a co-managing shareholder and head of M&A in Singapore.
