Orrick’s technology companies group has officially welcomed Josh Beser to its team. Beser joins the group as a corporate partner, based in New York. Orrick confirmed his incorporation on Tuesday.
Prior to his new position at Orrick, Beser served as a partner at Wilson Sonsini. He also brings valuable in-house experience from various tech, life sciences, and consumer brand companies. This blend of experience will undoubtedly serve him well in his new role at Orrick.
In addition to his partnership at Wilson Sonsini, Beser has held prominent legal roles in several companies. He acted as general counsel and corporate secretary at Away, vice president and general counsel at Canary, and also as assistant general counsel at Lonza, according to Orrick’s statement.
