James H. Andros, a seasoned corporate lawyer, is rejoining Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in the firm’s corporate and securities group in Atlanta, according to an announcement made by the firm. Andros’ addition to the team marks a significant development for the firm’s corporate practice.
Andros offers a wide array of expertise to his clients that spans advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, capital raises, restructurings, joint ventures, and succession planning, as enumerated by Wombles.
Notably, this is not the first stint Andros has had with Womble Bond Dickinson. He served as a partner at the firm from 1998 to 2009. For the past several years, he had been a part of Parker Hudson Rainer & Dobbs before making the move back to Womble.
