In a move bolstering its business growth trajectory, law firm Dechert has taken over the remaining six years of Slack’s office lease at 45 Fremont St. in San Francisco, adding nearly 20,000 square feet to its existing space. The sublease notably commenced on March 1.
Following a gain of 2,093 square feet, Dechert’s total footprint at the San Francisco location now sits at 19,137 square feet, as of a recent announcement from the firm. Slack’s former space, which Dechert newly occupies, dovetails with the firm’s vision for expansion and its belief in the value of an established office presence.
