John Monahon will primarily focus on representing companies and investors in cases involving mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and other corporate matters. Known for his client-centered approach, Monahon also thrives in his role as an outside general counsel to multiple clients.
Todd Wade will join the firm’s mergers and acquisitions team, lending his expertise in advising clients on joint ventures, strategic alliances, and financings. His years of experience and in-depth knowledge will no doubt contribute to the team’s ongoing success.
