This initiative involves identifying exceptional up-and-coming lawyers from prominent law firms across the country. According to the report, the competition was fierce with more than 120 entries submitted for review.
The selection criteria included the quality of their client base, the intensity, importance, and complexity of their deals, their reputation in the market, appraisal from clients, guidance from mentors, and other examples of career success and innovation.
Out of the numerous entries, a total of 25 promising women aged under 40 were chosen, a group poised to take the reins in the next generation of leading partners.
