Former DOJ Antitrust Section Chief Robert Lepore Joins Willkie Farr & Gallagher

Willkie Farr & Gallagher recently hired former department of Justice section chief, Robert Lepore, as partner within their antitrust and competition practice group, stationed in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. This is according to a statement issued by the law firm.

During his tenure at the U.S. Department of Justice, Lepore served as a section chief of the antitrust division. He was responsible for overseeing the transportation, energy, and agriculture sector. Furthermore, his track record reflects impressive figures, having supervised more than 40 investigations and four trials across industries.

With such a substantial background in antitrust litigation, Robert Lepore’s addition to Willkie Farr & Gallagher is set to bolster the firm’s capacity in addressing complex antitrust matters, ultimately contributing to the firm’s continued growth and service delivery in the antitrust and competition legal field.
