Veteran Restructuring Attorney Doug Mannal Joins Morrison Foerster in New York

Renowned attorney Doug Mannal has broadened his professional journey by joining Morrison Foerster’s New York office as a partner. Mannal, who has been ascribed to the Business Restructuring and Insolvency group of the Transactions department, is an acknowledged expert in representing creditors both in and out of court. In his previous role, Mannal was a member of the financial restructuring group, representing clients in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings, as well as other distressed situations. His portfolio of clients includes ad hoc creditor groups, creditors’ committees, distressed borrowers, and major secured and unsecured creditors.
