On the other hand, Gorbak is applying his corporate law acumen at the firm’s Palo Alto office. His experience is comprehensive, encompassing corporate formation, debt and equity financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and technology transactions. Along with this, his understanding of corporate governance and securities regulation adds more weight to his portfolio. Before this role, Gorbak was associated with Hanson Bridgett, a California-based law firm.
