Cozen O’Connor Bolsters Construction Group with Six Key Hires in Los Angeles

Cozen O’Connor, an esteemed law firm, has recently expanded its Construction Group with the appointment of six notable construction attorneys in Los Angeles, as first reported by Bloomberg Law.

The firm has announced that Marion T. Hack, an experienced construction attorney, has joined their roster as a shareholder in Los Angeles. Hack’s focus is on construction industry matters including bidding disputes, contract negotiations and drafting, scheduling and delay issues, mechanics lien, and claims resolution at both state and federal level.

Hack will spearhead the Los Angeles-based construction team. She is being joined by Michelle Rosenberg and Luke Nicholas Eaton, who are members of the team, and John H. Conrad who will join as counsel. Furthermore, Cindy J. Lee and Venessa Drake have been brought on as associates. The entire team has moved over from Troutman Pepper.

This move is consistent with Cozen O’Connor’s ongoing U.S. buildout, which was announced last Monday and is seen as a major expansion into Southern California.
