Esteemed litigator Alice Morical is now officially with global firm Faegre Drinker. She joins as a partner in the business litigation group, based out of Indianapolis. The firm proudly announced this development on Tuesday.
Morical is well regarded for representing both companies and individuals in complex disputes involving breaches of contract, business torts, securities fraud, and defamation claims. These are largely drawn from her work relating to mergers and acquisitions. She is also known to provide counsel on noncompete agreements and claims of trade secret misappropriation.
In addition to her litigation prowess, Morical provides defence for physicians and other professional service providers – specifically in professional licensing proceedings, fortifying her contribution to Faegre Drinker’s legal expert pool.
