In a significant shift within Canada’s legal sector, a five-lawyer banking and financial services team has moved from Dentons Canada to McMillan. This undoubtedly enhances McMillan’s presence in Western Canada. The team comprises of partners Gary Rose, Glen Peterson, Ben Nuttall, and David Fendley who will join McMillan’s expanding Calgary office. In addition, associate Adam Palmer will operate from Vancouver. It’s worth noting that not only lawyers have switched their base; also moving to McMillan in the near future will be at least one other lawyer from Dentons, as well as several clerks and paralegals.
