United Kingdom-based Cineworld Group, which operates over 9,000 movie screens globally, has appointed John Henrich as its new general counsel. The move comes after Cineworld’s former leadership team agreed to depart in return for $35 million. The company is currently undergoing a restructuring and fresh start following its recent emergence from bankruptcy.
John Henrich brings with him a wealth of experience from his tenure at Denton, Texas-based Sally Beauty Holdings. The publicly-traded beauty products distributor and retailer, which boasts over 3,000 stores and turns over $3.9 billion in annual revenue, had Henrich at the helm of their legal department for the past four years. Prior to becoming its legal chief, he had already been with the company for twelve years.
