Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson has surpassed one billion dollars in revenue, reflecting a significant increase in profit per equity partner (PEP) by 21%. This impressive financial performance is partly linked to a decrease in equity tier, resulting from the departure of laterals and retirements, but as Chair Kenneth Rosh emphasized, “There was no plan for mass de-equitization, we do manage it [the partnership]”.
