Legal Employment Transitions: Notable Shifts in London and New Jersey’s ADR Scene

In recent legal employment shifts, Pinsent Masons has successfully attracted the head of banking for London from Baker McKenzie. This maneuver comes at a time of significant movement within the industry. Alongside this, Katten Muchin Rosenman has brought aboard a team of three partners from the US rival Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle in London, adding to the flux.

At the same time in the US, retired New Jersey Superior Court Judge, Joseph P. Quinn, is making waves in the scene of alternate dispute resolution (ADR), thanks to his significant 23-year experience, serving in the court’s Civil, Chancery, and Family Divisions. Recognised for his strong advocacy of mediation and ADR, he is now spearheading Ansell.Law’s mediation practice as a valuable resource for parties looking for a final and efficient resolution for their disputes. More details on Judge Quinn’s role can be found here on Ansell.Law’s own site.

For additional details on these transitions, visits to the original articles published in the International Edition of Law.com are recommended. More information is available here for Pinsent Masons’ recent hire, and here for the team hired by Katten Muchin Rosenman.
