Macfarlanes, a top 50 UK law firm, has recently announced the promotion of six of their lawyers to partner. This figure is slightly down compared to the previous two years, where the firm promoted eight lawyers each year. More details here.

This comes after Macfarlanes had shown downturns across several metrics in the past fiscal year.
