Husch Blackwell has announced that experienced litigators Scott Browning, Jessica Fuller, and Stephen Steele have joined the firm as partners. These individuals will enhance the firm’s commercial litigation and nonprofit organizations and religious institutions practices in Denver, according to the firm’s announcement released on Monday.
The new partners, previously a part of Lewis Roca, bring with them a track record of representing a range of clients including commercial entities, governmental bodies, non-profit and religious institutions. Notably, their experience comprises aiding organizations embroiled in federal investigations and grand jury subpoenas, as well residents undergoing inquiry by various states’ attorneys general.
Browning, Fuller, and Steele are not the only ones making this transition – Husch Blackwell also welcomes Megan Fugier, a reputable senior associate, as well as seasoned paralegals Jennifer Buchholz and Lisa Vialpando.
