Lawmatics Unveils Custom Dashboards to Enhance Legal Data Visualization and Analysis

Lawmatics, a cloud-based CRM and marketing platform for law firms, has introduced a new feature that aims to offer a more tailored service to its users. The introduction of custom dashboards enables law firms to generate their own unique dashboards, displaying exact data and metrics that they wish to track.

CEO and founder of Lawmatics, Matt Spiegel, has stated the intention for Lawmatics to emerge as the de facto source of truth for all legal professionals in relation to their clients and contacts. Spiegel asserts that the ability to dissect, scrutinise and visualise data in versatile ways is integral to achieving this milestone. The latest development cements the commitment of Lawmatics to bring precision and accessibility to legal data analysis.

The custom dashboards feature brings a range of standard graphs and charts to the fingertips of the usersenabling them to design their unique visual data presentations. Alongside this, it provides the option to create and display custom reports that filter data, ensuring the dashboard mirrors the information the firm desires to monitor.

In addition to standard metrics such as new leads, conversion rates, and cost per lead, the new feature allows law firms to design a custom report demonstrating the sources of their leads, for instance, and select its position in the dashboard layout. However, this capability remains exclusive to those who have admin access or those who’ve been explicitly permitted by an admin. Subsequently, the firms can create multiple dashboards customised for specific users within the firm.

The process to construct a custom dashboard is user-friendly and commences from the standard dashboard. Users are allowed to choose from one of the following four types of panels to add to the dashboard:

  1. Text
  2. Section Header
  3. Data Panel
  4. Group

Users are given the freedom to create data panels that pull and display data and to link multiple panels that sit together on the dashboard. Various data types including e-signatures, appointments, tasks, time entries, invoices, and matters can be chosen for display. The customisation options are widest with matters as it provides the ability to pick from standard metrics or from a firm’s custom reporting metrics, an ability that Spiegel considers “an incredible value” of this feature.

The feature is available for Lawmatics customers on the Team pricing tier and above. For more comprehensive information, read the original article at LawNext.
