Paul Hastings has recently welcomed a new pair of partners in its New York office, namely Shawn Kodes and Matthew Nemeth. Both Kodes and Nemeth were previously affiliated with Weil Gotshal and have now elected to join the team of partners at Paul Hastings, as confirmed by the firm on April 3, 2024.
Shawn Kodes is assumed to co-chair the firm’s asset-backed finance practice where he will use his expertise to provide assistance in both domestic and cross-border complex structured finance transactions across multiple asset classes.
