Sinaiko now holds a partnership role within the project development and finance practice and the energy and infrastructure industry group at their Century City office, as reported by the firm on Monday.
Adding significantly to Latham & Watkins’ portfolio of talent, Sinaiko’s expertise lies in advising on project development, debt finance, cash and tax equity finance, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. His professional purview also encompasses the renewables and energy transition sectors. His work within these fields includes interacting with a wide set of professionals, such as developers, sponsors, lenders, buyers, sellers, investors, and issuers.
Prior to transitioning to Latham & Watkins, Sinaiko worked for Allen & Overy. His move to the Century City office is seen as a significant one given his extensive experience and industry knowledge.
