Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. has recently announced the appointment of Hope Jarkowski as their new Chief Legal Officer. According to a press release from the digitally-driven solutions provider, the new role will commence on May 6.
Jarkowski’s wealth of experiences within the industry includes her roles as General Counsel and Head of Equities at the New York Stock Exchange, Senior Counsel to Commissioner Troy Paredes, and Senior Securities Counsel to the US Senate Banking Committee whilst at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
In her new position, she will be succeeding Keir Gumbs and will have direct oversight of legal, regulatory, compliance, and government affairs.
