Mark Simpson, the head of antitrust and competition at Norton Rose Fulbright, is reportedly set to join Cooley. Simpson’s departure from Norton Rose comes after a tenure of over 15 years, out of which the past ten were spent as a partner at the firm.
The current flux in transactional markets has apparently heightened the strategic importance of the disputes sector for US firms operating in London, and Cooley seems to be strengthening its London disputes offering accordingly.
