Peil is well-versed in advising companies on business law, technology law, and intellectual property. She brings with her extensive experience in managing and advising on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), recapitalizations, financings, and large-scale licensing and development contracts.
Furthermore, Peil has a track record with both public and private M&A transactions, where she excelled in structuring and executing such operations, with government contracts in particular. Peil’s combination of experience and expertise is expected to contribute significantly to DLA Piper’s corporate practice.
