Fox Rothschild recently announced a new addition to their Labor & Employment Department; Gerald T. Hathaway is joining the team as a partner at their Atlantic City, N.J. location, according to an announcement made by the firm this Tuesday.
Hathaway brings with him a range of expertise in areas including collective bargaining, resolving workplace disputes, and risk management. His scope of legal practice covers defense of class actions and individual lawsuits in both federal and state courts. Further, his experience also extends to practicing before key employment bodies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Prior to this recent transition, Hathaway held a partner position at Faegre Drinker in New York. His move to Fox Rothschild is one of the many that signal consistent shifts within the legal workplace landscape as firms adjust their practice areas and personnel to meet evolving market demands.
