Experienced media, entertainment, and intellectual property litigator, Wook Hwang, has joined Sheppard Mullin’s business trial practice group in New York as a partner, as revealed by the firm on Tuesday.
Hwang’s extensive portfolio involves the representation of media and entertainment companies, notably on litigation disputes around copyright, licensing, trademark, false advertising, celebrity endorsements, and multimedia distribution rights. His clientele comprises motion picture studios, media companies, networks, digital streamers, publishers, and brand owners. Prior to Sheppard Mullin, Hwang held a partnership at Loeb & Loeb.
