Nancy B. Ryan, a seasoned corporate lawyer, has recently joined McGuireWoods as a partner in their New York office, as confirmed by the firm on Thursday.
Ryan specializes in negotiating and managing commercial and technology agreements. Her past work includes handling outsourcing arrangements, supply chain contracts, as well as data privacy and security agreements.
Prior to her new position at McGuireWoods, Ryan held significant roles in other organizations. She served as a director at NetApp Inc., a multinational storage, data management, hardware, software, and cloud services company. In addition to this, she has offered her legal expertise as senior counsel at Xerox Corp. Her background in technology-related legal matters would certainly add value to McGuireWoods, particularly in matters pertaining to corporate technology.
Her appointment was confirmed by Bloomberg Law Automation.
